Terms & Conditions

By submitting an inquiry or booking through the CA Films website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not submit a booking.

CA Films provides cinematic wedding films, prenup films, and destination wedding videography. The specific scope of services, deliverables, and pricing are confirmed in writing between CA Films and the client prior to booking.

All packages are subject to availability. Booking is only confirmed once the booking fee has been received and a booking agreement has been signed.

A non-refundable booking fee of 30–50% of the total package price is required to reserve your date. The remaining balance is due on or before the agreed payment date, typically prior to the event.

Failure to complete payment by the agreed date may result in cancellation of the booking. Please refer to our Cancellation & Refund Policy for details.

Wedding films are typically delivered within 40 days of the event. Highlight films are usually ready within 3 weeks. Express delivery options are available upon request.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on the complexity of the edit, travel schedules, and other factors. CA Films will communicate any significant delays.

Upon full payment, clients receive a personal, non-commercial license to view, share, and keep their delivered films. CA Films retains the right to use excerpts of the film for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing before the event.

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate event details (date, time, venue, schedule)
• Informing CA Films of any venue restrictions on filming
• Ensuring CA Films has reasonable access to key moments of the event

CA Films is not liable for missed moments caused by venue restrictions, event schedule changes, or circumstances outside our control.

CA Films is available for destination weddings and events outside Japan. Travel costs including flights, accommodation, and local transport are additional and will be quoted clearly before booking is confirmed.

CA Films shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. In the event of equipment failure, illness, or other unforeseen circumstances that prevent delivery of services, CA Films will make all reasonable efforts to provide a suitable alternative or a proportional refund.

CA Films reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page. Bookings already confirmed will be governed by the terms in effect at the time of signing.
