Cancellation & Refund

A non-refundable booking fee of 30–50% of the total package price is required to officially reserve your date. This secures your date exclusively and removes it from availability for other clients.

If you need to cancel your booking, the following terms apply:

• 60 or more days before the event — only the booking fee is forfeited. Any remaining balance paid is refunded in full.
• 30–59 days before the event — the booking fee is forfeited and 50% of the remaining balance is due.
• Less than 30 days before the event — the full remaining balance is due regardless of cancellation.

One reschedule is permitted with at least 30 days' notice, subject to availability, within 6 months of the original date. Additional reschedules may incur a fee.

In the event of circumstances beyond reasonable control — including natural disasters, government-imposed restrictions, or serious illness — CA Films will work with you to reschedule rather than cancel. Refunds are not issued for force majeure events.

In the unlikely event that CA Films must cancel your booking, you will receive a full refund of all amounts paid, or a replacement filmmaker of similar quality and style — whichever you prefer.
